Best merchants/blacksmiths/armourers/inkeeps to sell to in Novigrad and Skellige?

Does anyone have a list of the best specific merchants etc to sell to in both these regions? I’ve just gotten to Novigrad so haven’t been to Skellige yet (I know Toussaint is the best overall but saving that DLC for last. This is my second playthrough though so should I just go for once I’ve levelled up anyway? )
