No Wonder My Shots aren't Hitting

Very bizarre find in PR with the Sniper. There is a delay when aiming down sights to when your weapon switches from hip fire. As shown in the clip you can fully aim down sights yet it'll still shoot as if it was from hip fire. IMO this should be fixed as this isn't the case with pretty much any fps I've played recently.
