What's better, C6 Anton or C1 Ellen?

Resources are SCARCE when you're leveling characters to 60, and I wanna know if I should level Ellen or Anton, but I really wanna know if a C6 A-Rank is better than a C1 S-Rank or not? I'd be fine replacing Anton with Zhu Yuan in my Ben and Koleda team and then using Ellen, Lycoan, and Soukaku as my secondary team but Anton is C6 so I don't know how the math works out. If it's a marginal difference I'm just gonna do it but if it's a pretty big diff then I won't.

I like anton but I have 2 S-Rank damage dealers and am only using one on a secondary team so it feels a bit odd.
