Recorded at ALL TIMES
My company just came out with a new software where every single call is recorded (that is not new, we all knew that and was informed of that) but now when we put a customer on hold or if we put ourselves on mute, it's recorded and even after the call our conversations are recorded. Basically at all times except lunch and break. People have been getting warnings and fired for this for having side conversations or having things playing in the background (NOT during an active call) and even for expressing their frustration to themselves after a call. We work from home so it sounds a little like an invasion of privacy to me and I know we signed something that said they can record us but from my understanding that was for us being on an active call and not when we put ourselves on mute on our headset or anything but hey what do I know
