Help! Right AirPod Pro not charging

Hi guys, I have the AirPod pro 2 and the right one shows the charging icon but is not charging after several hours, I already tried cleaning the AirPod and the case, resetting them, pairing again with my phone but no luck, and something worthy to mention is that every few minutes the case does that bell sound.

Any ideas or suggestions on what should I do, since I don’t have any other case to discard that piece?
