Cheese advent calendar!

This was my cheese from a few days ago. It was definitely different. Had a nutty texture similar to a block of parmigiano reggiano. And the flavor was better the closer it got to room temperature. I don’t think I’d buy this if it was sold separately and my family did not enjoy it. But overall, this advent calendar has been a lot of fun!
