4 bio kids all with special needs?!

Does anyone know the story of this family? Stumbled onto them. There are 4 kids with special needs- she gave birth to all of them. My mind is fucked. I don’t know the right answer for this situation but I just can’t believe how selfish it is to continue getting pregnant after 1 special needs child let alone 2, then doing it twice more!!! Something may be genetically wrong so wtf is she doing. I’m so sad for this young child who is about to be committed, as her mother pretends to love her no matter what. But she can’t take care of her all the time because there are 3 other kids! Why, oh why, do people keep glorifying this content. It’s not gathering awareness and support. The attention is probably why she continued getting pregnant. And I’m raging. Does anyone know anything about them, and if it’s common for 2+ siblings to suffer afflictions like this? Ughhhhhh.
