Best countries for dates?

I’m thinking of moving out of America due to a lack of dating opportunities and I am wondering which country is ideal to integrate to/easy to live in that has the most open guys? I’m already learning Spanish to look for some Latin countries ( but I want somewhere that’s safe and is extremely affordable) any ideas?
