To be better
I feel like i’ve been in an endless loop for the past four years only getting more and more miserable. What are some things you guys do/did to just be more calm and like peace of mind. I’m so angry all the time I worry about every little thing. No matter what I do i always assume I’m doing it wrong or bad. please help me with some tips i’m 18 btw and going to college soon and i really wanna be a different person there!
