Im curious about some terminology ive been seeing-

When someone refers to being a insert house # houser what does that mean? What does it mean to be a 9th houser? should you only consider yourself a 9th houser if you have planets in the 9th house ? Bc i know everyone has a sign in their 9th but not everyone has planets ? sounds kinda confusing but I've been curious for awhile now & thought I'd ask 😅 any insight helps 😌
