Why do I fear fame?
Long time lurk and first post. Why do I fear fame? I have seen success in life by way of awards and recognition in school and work in my life but when I receive it I get so embarrassed and panicky. I’m starting to be afraid to try because I don’t want anything I do to get too big, which is a hindrance in my career. Is this a nature or a nurture thing? Any other insights pop out at you when you look at this? Thank you! Much appreciated!
