Has anyone switched from the mini pill to Slynd? Or tried Slynd at all?

Recently diagnosed with PMDD. I have a long history of GAD and depression so I have no idea if my birth control is causing the PMDD or if it’s just how I’ve always been…

I’ve been on the mini pill for about 2 years and I really like it (other than the acne). I’m thinking about asking to switch to Slynd to see if it helps my PMDD… I know everyone is different but I would love to hear your experiences!
