High diastolic

I’m a 24 year old female. A few months ago around November I started having issues with dizziness/lightheaded , chest pains, and pressure around chest and neck area. I have had constant dizzy/lightheaded spells multiple times a day. We decided to check my blood pressure and my top number was in normal range (below 120) but diastolic was 94 and has consistently been in the 90s ever since when I would check. I have no insurance so unable to make an appointment. Is this something I should be worried about seeing my top number is in normal range ?
