Cleared for full weight bearing, what's the best way to ease into walking again?
I'm at about 6 weeks after fracturing my fibula, I got the clear this morning from my ortho to put full weight on my leg. I walked around for about 15 minutes and my ankle is somewhat swollen and sore (didn't hurt at all for the past few weeks) and I don't want to over exert myself
For people who went from NWB to full weight bearing, how did you ease yourself into it?
