RAM slot Lenovo Tiny

Hi there,

I have a Lenovo Thinkcentre m720q and I had 2 x RAM sticks installed. I also had a PCIe riser installed for a 2.5G NIC, which I swapped today to a 4x port NIC. It was working fine, then I had to restart the machine, when first it did not want to react to me pushing the power on button, then when it did, it just started to play "BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEEEEP" until I unplugged it.

I then tried different variations of how I installed the RAM sticks, but did not matter which one I placed where, it was still beeping until I only had 1x slot populated.

I have tried to clean the RAM slot, reseated the CPU, cleaned the motherboard with alcohol. Nothing helped.

Any suggestions, other than the slot is dead? Thank you.
