RTX3070 or 6700XT for 1440p

With the prices finally coming down, i thinking of upgrading my old 1060.

Currently i have a 1440p monitor, with a ryzen 3600 and a Corsair PSU (TX650M).

Do you think my PSU can handle both cards well? what card do you recommend?
