How'd I do?

I was in NOLA this weekend to celebrate. This was my first time in Louisiana, so trying new foods was the main attraction.

The following is a list of foods I'd never had or only had my own version of until now: turtle soup, shrimp & tasso henican, fried alligator, boudin balls, rabbit & dumplings, Louisiana cochon, collard greens, king cake, chicken & sausage gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp etouffee, muffaletta, fried oysters, and a crawfish poboy.

Not food related, but we also took in two parades; Chewbacchus and the Mardi Gras Indians. I also had a hurricane at Lafitte's.
