New Cat Owner! Is this plant dangerous?

Hi all! My girlfriend is adopting a cat on Monday, and we wanted to make sure that he’s perfectly safe in his new home. We’re not sure what this plant is called (sorry), but we wanted to make sure it’s safe for the little guy to be around, just in case he takes a bite.

Any other advice for first time cat owners would be super helpful!
