Positional headache?

Anyone ever experience positional headache, like pressure or pain when standing up but fine when laying down? I’ve been having it for 4 days now and read that it can be caused from your neck but not too sure. My pain only occurs when I stand from laying down and it goes away after like 5 seconds and I feel pressure on my right side of my head and then it goes away.
