Witch Classic fresh Server to play?

OK. Played Alliance in 2019 now wanna go horde. With Classic fresh relses and as we have new Hardcore server and if I understood if you die you could transfer to one of pve or pvp serves? That being sad is it worth maybe going HC forst and check how are server going, as I see more horde players are interested in pvp server. Also could ot be more helpfull to lvl on hc server as zones should be less crowded? Than when you did just transfer to one of servers and keep playing. If you do not die than GG
