Toned 1883-CC

My wife got this for me as a Christmas gift. I love the coin but do not think it should be given an Unk Details artificial toning grade. It was obviously in an old PCI holder that caused the toning so it was not intentionally toned. I wish they would have straight graded it. I believe it would grade MS 65 possibly PL.
