Long-haul Covid symptoms and Cervical Instability overlap and Vagus Nerve Connection - YouTube
I also saw this article here How infection can damage the cervical spine | by Jennifer Brea | Medium and based on this article a lot of what Ross Hauser is saying on the vagus nerve kind of makes sense.
Im also coming to think that very possibly that the mechansim that causes ME CFS is the same mechansim that plays some part in covid infections and that the ability to heal from long covid or even covid itself may have to do something with the vagus nerve and neck perhasp Im wrong but thats my feeling(given that there are some percentage of people who develop neck issues after covid infection Atlantoaxial Subluxation Secondary to SARS-CoV-2 Infection: A Rare Orthopedic Complication from COVID-19 - PubMed (nih.gov) )
One thing that stands to me is that there are folks who develop covid but kind of recover and do not end up devloping long covid is it because that the virus has not damaged their vagus nerve ?
