How can I make him spookier 👻

Hey everyone! With Halloween around the corner, I decided to give a go at doing some kind of DIY spooky project like this and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for this guy. I feel like it's missing something.

I will be using mod podge to glue the cheese cloth onto my frame.

Should I extend his arms out forward? (They are just pool noodles)

Should I add some kind of "blood" or dirt to make it look dirty?

Any way I can make him more sturdy as well? He's currently just a chicken wire frame screwed down to the board and it does stand very well but I'm afraid outside it may fall from wind and such.

He's about 6ft3

(He’s no where near finished yet, this is just the first iteration and this is my first time doing any kind of crafts project so go easy on me lol)
