Energy Circle - Target or Balanced setting?

I’m slightly confused as to which setting for my Energy Circle is more appropriate for me. I’m trying to lose some weight and am currently 195lbs with a goal weight set at 175lbs at .5lb per week. Should I be using “Target” or “Balanced” for that circle. My guess is Target but the description is kind of ambiguous to me - or perhaps I’m just not very bright. 🙄
