Does anyone know how to fix this glitch?

I'm having trouble with the computers in the game. I'm trying to do a cyberpsycho mission and you need the computer to complete it yet all I'm getting is this. I'm trying to select and scroll but nothing shows up. Any idea on how to fix it?
