Advice on Membership Plans

Our office had a membership plan (standard and perio), but our doctor dropped it for reasons we don’t fully comprehend. I believe it was mostly a tracking issue?

Does anyone else have info on how they create and track an in house membership plan(s) and what all information you keep track of?

It would be ourselves doing it and not an outside company. I’m just trying to find possible solutions because we are dropping a lot of insurances this year and I’m the only person on phones and up front so not having a membership to offer takes a ton of my time and loses us quite a few patients.
