How’s Internet in Sherman Hill?

Title says it all. My wife and I are thinking of moving to that area but the place we’re looking at said we can “use whoever we want” for internet provider. What providers do others in Sherman hill use? Just trying to figure out our options, I work from home and need a decent connection.

I did check metronet and Google fiber, both said they aren’t available for the unit.
