Suggestions for young beginners? Growth stocks?

Hi all! New around here.

I am looking for advice on growth stocks and holding for 20+ years. I've heard dividend stocks are not the same as growth stock in terms of return over many years. What would you invest in and hold if you are young and got years to compound?

Me: 23M, been investing since 18, made 120k from $200 savings per week, so got some luck and basic knowledge. Starting from 10k due to life issues. Debt free.

Problem: I am now transitioning into another life stage, getting into house loans, kids, marriage etc... I don't expect myself to save as much as I did before.

Current Investment Strategy: 40% VOO 40% SCHD 10% O 10% Others (Like for fun stocks, TSLA etc..)

I am also maximizing my kiwisaver (401k for NZers), at 10.5% of income. Annual return from that average 5.5%.

I always set aside 10% of my savings to experiment with risky stocks, I don't care loss/profit. Just for fun.

Thank you all in advance!
