Communicating with friends on Duolingo

So I have been doing quests with someone recently in German and we both have about the same XP so I'd imagine we are at least close to each other in terms of what we know, and I've been looking for someone to actually speak German back and forth with. Is there any possible way to communicate with friends on Duolingo?
