Where do you store your assets?

Like, film grains, transitions, LUTs, etc. How's your workflow with that? For example, do you store them in your computers drive so you always have access? I don't like keeping anything on my computer drive, so I'd like to learn what's a good way to have those access easily accessible and organized.
