Wishing Star Locke

I came up with a beginner friendly Locke that is generally pretty fun that I’d love some feedback on if you have the time. The rules are as follows

• [ ] Can only use starter outside of gym / major battles and cannot use for E4.

• [ ] Gym level caps are in place to leaders ace.

• [ ] Match gym leaders team count

• [ ] Fill 2 boxes with wishing well Pokémon using wishing star cheat at trainers home. (Pokemon must be kept from well excluding dupes)

• [ ] After each gym retire team and use new one

• [ ] switching set to “set” but items are allowed
