Which mistake or malpractice from one of the characters has stayed with you?

Just rewatched S07E06 "The Visit" where Corday paralyzes that surfer and it's kind of horrifying from his perspective. We're meant to empathize with Corday because in the next episode she finds out she's pregnant, Mark discovers his tumor and the episode after that he's reassuring her and genuinely believes she did her best while we don't ever see anything from the patient's side of things. Like how did he learn he was permanently paralyzed, how did he take it, how did he deal with the fact that his life got turned upside down, that he would never walk or surf ever again, when he was promised something quick and easy. I still feel awful for him, that's something no amount of money could ever help me move on and heal from if that ever happened to me.
