What do you guys do on rest days, if anything?
Do you take light walks, yoga, or stretch? I want to make sure I’m resting and recovering but I also don’t know if it’s necessary to avoid a 30 minute walk at a good pace just to keep things moving. I’m new to consistent lifting and progressive overload so I’m a bit sore on the days after my workouts. I’m a 35yr old female and I am fairly active in general re sports, and lifestyle.
