Is France really the most welcoming and diverse country in Europe or perhaps even the world?

I have now done a lot of research and read through several posts and based on my experiences so far I have noticed that France is very diverse and welcoming to migrants.

For example, here in Germany there is always only you are German or a foreigner. Even people who have been here for several generations are still not called German.

But as far as I know, France sees it completely differently. No matter where people come from or what color their skin is, they are considered French and are accepted as French.

Maybe it also has something to do with the migration culture of France.

So as far as I know, foreigners are definitely better accepted by the people in France than in the UK, Germany or Spain.

Even outside of Europe compared with countries that were built on migration such as the USA, Canada or Australia, France can keep up.

what do you say to that?
