Are we allowed to travel to the Netherlands using the Deutschland ticket?

The train that brought me here was RE19, as stated on the website the trip is included in the Deutschlandes ticket, however I just arrived in the Netherlands and am trying to scan the Deutschlandes ticket barcode to leave the train station but it’s not allowing me, I am literally lost here and stuck here, and there’s no help centre nor anything.
