My ghosts wouldn't appear in game

When I do time trials, I'd like to see my personal ghost in order to improve my time. I know that I have to save my best lap as a replay, and I could load this saved replay but the ghost would not appear on the track.

I have the settings activated in the ghost menu to see my personal and my loaded ghost.

Even when I try to load ghosts/replays from the global leaderboard, no ghost appears.
