Suggestion needed

Hi, I have 3 option to rent a studio with housewife, i work at Wipro. Paramount golfforste (upside c) Supertech czar suites (omicron 3) Casa Grande 2 (chi v) Rent fully furnished up to 18k for all options. Can u please advise which option would be the best. Not sure on stay tenure it may be max 2 years.
