What language do people speak at home in Echinos and Kentavros, Greece, Turkish, Bulgarian/Pomak or Greek?

In Pomakochoria one would expect that Bulgarian dialects are being spoken, but other sources say that inhabitants in towns like Echinos or Kentavros speak Turkish... Which one is correct?
