Delayed grief, sleep issues

Anyone have any tips for sleeping? My brother passed away in January, but I was in the middle of finishing my PhD. Due to estrangement and other issues, I didn’t get to attend the funeral or even make time to grieve.

It’s starting to catch up with me now that I finished my program, and the largest thing is an intense fear of sleep. My brother died young and I’m so afraid for my health.
