How to sell an Inherited antique rifle

My boyfriend inherited a 1941 Model 94 Winchester and is looking to sell it. It looks like trying to sell it on a site like Gunbroker will be a pain due to FFL requirements. We aren’t normally gun owners or sellers in any way. What would be the best way to sell this for the most value without needing an FFL? I’m assuming he would have to sell locally (Southwest PA area). I’ve heard mixed reviews about Armslist. Any suggestions?
