New players calling in extract

So in the last week that I have been playing i have noticed there are alot of new players and this has now become a commen occurrence where a new ish player will join the match and the sec the main obj is done they b line it straight to extract and call it is forcing the rest of us to frantically run from one side of the map to the other to try and catch up with the player before being left behind idk what it is lately but God dam is it getting frustrating

To the new players if you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN EXTRACT BEFOR THE WHOLE GROUP DECIEDS TO LEAVE and if you doing it because of irl things then please just leave the game and not force us to drop what where doing to extract i have lost countless samples and high value objectives because of this

BTW this is on dif lvl 10 so it really dose baffles me that they join the hardest dif and just mess everyone over or steal gear and refuse to give it back one brought back or waiting long periods of time to be brought back

Sorry about ranting just need to get it off my chest because telling them not to do it over voice and text coms dosent seem to work and just feels like I'm talking to a brick wall
