Mug warmer for smart switch?

I'm hoping to find a mug warmer to pair with a smart switch for warming a beverage to a precise-enough temperature on a schedule.

All that's required of the mug warmer is that I can have some fairly granular control over the temperature, and that it'll remember the temperature I set and will automatically start heating to that temperature upon being powered on. Then when paired with a smart switch, I can schedule the power-on time to have a warm beverage ready for me in the morning.

Does anyone have experience and/or recommendations for mug warmers suitable for this purpose? TIA
