Looking for advice, want to set up addressable light strip.

Simply put, I want to get an addressable led strip, or multiple cheap Zigbee lights.. and then underneath each LED put a different fish tank/plant that needs daily care, and put a Zigbee buttons in front of each tank. Once daily care is done, push button, light goes off. That way, I can reset the lights all back on at midnight and nobody accidentally feeds the fish twice..

If anyone has other ideas on ways I could do this I'm all game ☺
