Need an open center mount?

Note: I have never wall mounted a TV.

My contractor placed my outlet and cable right in the center of this space. I have an LVL beam between the studs for a solid surface to lag into. Looking to mount a 65” TV. The issue I’m finding is that the mounts all seem to have a centered hinge that would cover this box. Is there a different style that would leave access to the centered outlet?
