Jiomart is fraud coded, CONFIRMED !!

Jiomart is fraud coded man cause what the hell did I just experience?

For some info, I ordered some plants on Jiomart. And it was my first time buying from Jiomart too so I got free delivery option and I was happy with it.

I was supposed to receive my order yesterday. On Feb 6th. But it got postponed for some reason. I was a bit disappointed honestly but then it said the orders will be delivered on Feb 13th. I was okay with that. Even though plant products are time sensitive.. I was hoping to get them on time as they said they would.

Then I received a notification from the app saying imma get it today. I was overjoyed. THIS. THIS FELLOW PEEPS, is where things started to get weird.

This is the message I got.

"We recently tried to deliver your JioMart shipment 17381549866601686712J but it looks like you were not available. We'll try again to deliver your package soon"

I DIDNT RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL. NOTHING. And then I got the messages on WhatsApp by Xpressbees.

I shared the screenshots. What in the world??? And my products on Jiomart shows DELIVERED. WHAT.

I started chatting the customer support and.... Well. The screenshots will speak for themselves.

They asked me the "are we still connected?" MORE THAN THREE TIMES IN THE CONVERSATION. MORE THAN THREE.

People.. DONT TRUST JIOMART. AND DONT TRUST THE CUSTOMER CARE. AT ALL. I hate them now and I'm going to stick with Bigbasket and Amazon. FLIPPING HELL 😭 I was really looking forward to my plants man x.x

Thank God I stuck to COD.
