Looking for a Foetus(?) song

I got this earworm in my head of a particular line from a particular song, but I can’t remember what track and my Google searches have been fruitless.

It’s a spoken line of a woman saying, “Thank you Doctor Zizmor.” Zizmor was a dermatologist whose ads have been well known in New York since the 80s, so it may be a sample from a commercial.

My mind is telling me it’s a Foetus track, but I can’t place it, if that’s even correct. Can anybody think of what I’m talking about?
