Tickets have transfer option Massey Hall 2/8

Had a mixup with friends and have a pair of tickets I don’t need. Not looking to profit off them just get my money back. Their is a transfer option on my tickets on ticketmaster. The thread on this community saids their not transferable. Any help with any of this is greatly appreciated.
