Anyone who lived in both Harrison & JC - What did you prefer more and why?

What was your quality of life like living in harrison vs JC?

The commute seems to be pretty much the same, harrison is cheaper, but to me harrison feels a bit like a ghost town with new apartments. Did JC make your life comparatively a lot better with access to an objectively better city?
