Does anyone know where I might get this toy repaired?

My wife's parents bought her this plush toy when she almost died of meningitis, and it was a big comfort to her and has meant a lot ever since. Unfortunately, our puppy got a hold of it. I'd really like to get it fixed for her, but I know I'll butcher it if I try.
