Refurbished Premium MacBook Pro M1 came with light scratches and over 100 battery cycles. Should I return it?

Having a not so fun month. Returned a Mac already from a third party Amazon seller that basically just repackaged a used MacBook and the condition was unacceptable. I returned it the very next day and it took some time to get my refund. After I got my refund I went through Amazons refurbished team almost all the reviews were positive and most people got a mint product usually with the original box.

Mine has minor scratches on it but what bothers me the most is the battery cycles. It isn’t unacceptable at 120 but it is below my expectations. I paid the premium for the highest tier refurbished item and got what felt like an excellent instead..
